Our Amenities
The Narrative LA is fully equipped for both creative production and elevated gatherings.
Your rental or membership includes access to:

• Podcast and content-friendly corners
• Flexible indoor seating and layouts for 30-60+ guests
• Outdoor Lounge Available for 100+ guests for additional fee
• Basic day of onsite assistance from Venue Manager

Event Rentals
Our one-time rentals start at $300+ for a 4-hour block, based on day, time, and capacity. This is the base rate for use of our beautifully curated space, perfect for testing a new concept, celebrating a milestone, launching a brand, or bringing your community together in an environment that actually feels like something.
Whether you are hosting a pop-up, a workshop, a networking mixer, a birthday, a client appreciation event, or a community gathering, The Narrative LA gives you a space that sets the tone before you say a single word.
The base rate covers the space. But if you want to take your event further, we can help with that too. Our team is available for onsite event coordination, catering assistance, and staging support for an additional fee. We also offer access to our curated network of preferred vendors including photographers, caterers, florists, DJs, and more.
People we know, trust, and would use ourselves. Every event at The Narrative LA is supported by optional furniture and décor rentals, AV and tech support, and content creation services, so you can walk in with a vision and walk out with an experience your guests will not stop talking about.

Residency: Creative & Non-Profits
Your work deserves a home.
The Narrative LA Residency is for creatives, healers, and mission-driven nonprofits who are ready to host consistently, build community intentionally, and grow sustainably in a space that was built for the culture.
Host 1–2 paid events per month or use up to 8 hours of space to do your work. Bring your community. Test your ideas. Build your legacy.
This is not just a rental. This is your home base in West Adams.
Deposits start at $75. Revenue share is 70/30. Applications reviewed on a rolling basis. Space is limited.Apply below.
Collective Memberships
For creators ready to host consistently, our memberships range from $600–$1,200 per month, allowing you to host 3–12 events monthly with guaranteed booking priority.
Membership perks include:
• Discounted space usage ($100–$200 per event)
• 70/30 split on ticketed event sales
• Priority scheduling & community visibility
